STUDIO TERMS & CONDITIONS

When you book an appointment at the Studio, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

If you have had a vaccination (of any kind) you need to leave it 72 hours before having any treatment.

If you have to cancel your appointment for any reason within 24 hours, we will take a 50% cancellation fee. This must be paid before any future bookings can be made.

Please reschedule your appointment if you have had any infectious or contagious illness in the past 7 days.

The appointment price includes: Your chosen treatment, freshly laundered towels, refreshments and skincare/wellbeing prescription.

The appointment time includes: Your chosen treatment, time for dressing, time for refreshment and time for consultation.

If you are unable to find a time to suit you, please let us know and we will add you to our cancellation list.

Please arrive at your appointment time and park outside the house, walk around the side of the garage, along the stepping stones and let yourself in at the Studio entrance.

We kindly ask you not to park outside one of our neighbour’s houses.

Please try to arrive on time, not too early or too late. If you are late, please do not worry, sometimes it cannot be helped. We may need to shorten your treatment time.

You are welcome to come into the Studio just before your appointment time to allow yourself some time to unwind before your appointment begins.

We kindly ask you not to bring children under the age of 13 to your appointment.

We aim to be as environmentally conscious as possible and we discount your treatment if you wish to bring a Bath Sheet Towel with you, this reduces our daily laundry. We kindly ask you to bring one Bath Sheet to your Facial appointments and we will discount £3.00. Please bring two Bath Sheets to your Body Massage appointments and we will discount £5.00.

If you would like Eyelash/Eyebrow tinting you will need a patch test 48 hours before having your first treatment here at the Studio.

Your treatment time will need to be exact so that we have time to clean after your appointment and prepare for our next client. If you would like additional time to discuss your skin or wellbeing needs, please book additional consultation time when you book your appointment.

We aim to respond to messages and emails as soon as possible on the same day. It may be as soon as we have finished appointments that day, as we do not answer messages or the phone during treatments.

If you have an Environ Home Needling Device, please bring it with you to your Environ Facial appointments.

Book a course of six treatments and receive 10% off the full amount. Payment must be made in full at the first appointment.

Consultations are compulsory for every treatment. This is so that your treatment can be performed safely and effectively. All information is held confidentially and securely and will not be shared with any third parties.

It is recommended that you turn off your mobile phone and any other electronic devices while you are at the Studio.

Due to the location of the Studio being within Yvette’s family home, we cannot guarantee peace and quiet in the evenings, weekends or during the school holidays. If you require guaranteed quiet time, we recommend you book your appointment within school hours in term time.

If you have any health concerns or are under medical supervision please let us know at the time of booking your appointment. 

Word of mouth is the most effective form of advertising. If you have enjoyed your treatment please spread the word.

We appreciate your loyalty when purchasing homecare products or gifts for others, it is greatly appreciated. We sell all of the products in the Studio 5% less than the recommended retail price, this is our way of saying thank you for purchasing from us.

Please bring back any Environ empty containers and we will recycle them for you. Our distributors refund us for your empty containers and that discount is given to you at the point of sale.

Appointments usually need to be booked at least 2 weeks in advance and evening appointments 1-2 months in advance. Appointments with Yvette often need to be booked 8 -10 weeks in advance due to the number of regular clients..
